The AMSO staff are all local Maasai people who are extremely qualified to identify the needs of their communities. They work tirelessly to improve the quality of life lived by their families and friends within the national park and have a deep insight into local issues. The most important feature of local people working within their communities, like that of AMSO, is that no one is overlooked. The staff enable communication and input from every level and are able
to witness, first hand, different community needs.
