AMSO works with partner organization who can provide health services to the community.
For example, in November 2016 AMSO organized with organizations abroad and in NCAA to host an eye clinic at Nainokanoka Health Center. AMSO provided support for logistics and translation and allowed more than 145 people to be treated, with more than 60 of them coming from Alailelai.

In 2017, there is an opportunity for a US organization to donate medical equipment and supplies. However, there are large costs to send to Tanzania, so AMSO wishes to fundraise for this.
